According to the decision made by the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn on August 26, 2014, up to 3,500,000 additional shares of Arco Vara AS will be listed in the Baltic Main List after the following conditions are met:
- the offering of Arco Vara AS has been completed according to the principles described in the offering prospectus and the results of the offering are disclosed;
- new shares have been transferred to the securities accounts of investors in Estonian CSD;
- the share capital increase of Arco Vara AS has been registered with Estonian Commercial Registry;
- new shares have been converted into main shares (ISIN: EE3100034653) in Estonian CSD;
- after meeting the aforementioned conditions, Arco Vara AS has submitted the respective report to the exchange.
The aforementioned conditions are met as of September 15, 2014. Proceeding from the above, the 1,375,305 additional shares of Arco Vara AS will be listed in the Baltic Main List starting tomorrow, September 16, 2014. Thus, altogether 6,117,012 shares of Arco Vara AS (ISIN: EE3100034653) will be traded under the trading code ARC1T as of tomorrow.
