Repurchase of own shares

Addtech has today, on 15 September 2014 repurchased 4,543 of its own class B
shares at an average price of  SEK 101.25.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 2,090,000 class B shares.

The total number of shares in Addtech amounts to 68,198,496, and the number of
shares outstanding is 66,108,496.
