Tallinn, 2014-09-15 19:55 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Pro Kapital Grupp management board informs that subscription period of bonds announced on 4th of September 2014 has ended on 12th of September 2014.
During the subscription period 30 bonds with nominal value of 10 000 Euro were subscribed in total sum of 300 000 Euro. AS Pro Kapital Grupp management board decided on 15th of September 2014 to issue 30 bonds with nominal value of 10 000 Euro in total amount of 300 000 Euro. The planned date of the transfer of the bonds and the settlement is 24th of September 2014.
The bonds have the maturity of 5 years and bear annual interest of 5%, payable annually. Bonds are unsecured and non-convertible.
