On September 8, JSC “Latvian Shipping Company” established a subsidiary company “Medical Invest” Ltd. The subscribed and paid-up share capital of “Medical Invest” Ltd is 457’300 EUR. All shares are owned by JSC “Latvian Shipping Company”. Robert Kirkup is the sole member of the Management Board of “Medical Invest” Ltd. The company’s core business activity will be the management of assets not related to the core shipping business.
