Appointing of Member of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A.


The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. („the Company”) informs that the
Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on 24th October 2013 appointed Mr. Roger
Mattsson as Member of the Supervisory Board.

According to the Management Board judgement, the business activity of Mr. Roger
Mattsson is not of a competitive nature towards Arctic Paper S.A. According to
the Management Board knowledge Mr. Roger Mattsson is not shareholder or partner
in civil law association or partnership that conducts business activity
competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., is not member of any body of
company/corporation nor any other legal person, competitive towards Arctic Paper
S.A.

Mr. Roger Mattsson is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held
on the basis of National Court Register Act.

Information about the education, qualifications and positions held, as well as
the course of the professional career of the new Member of the Supervisory
Board, the Company submits below.

Mr. Roger Mattsson (born 1973) has got higher education, he is a School of
Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg graduate.

Mr. Mattsson has wide experience in financial and controlling departments, he
had worked as Group controlling (Toyota Material Handling and Rexam) and as
Financial Manager (Lantmännen Doggy). He had also held the position of CFO at
Talent Plastics Group.

Mr. Mattsson has already been related to Arctic Paper Group - in 2007-2011, he
had worked as Group Finance Controller Arctic Paper S.A.

Currently, Mr. Mattsson holds the position of Finance Director in Nemus Holding
AB.
