Orava Residential REIT plc dividend payment on 30 Septemer 2014 per share (trading code OREIT, ISIN-code FI4000068614) is EUR 0.28. The ex-dividend date is 17 September 2014 and the record date 19 September 2014. Dividend payment in total is EUR 1,206,232.23.

At the end of June 2014 listed shares (trading code OREITN0114, ISIN-code FI4000102561) do not entitle holders to dividends in 2014.
