Mr. Myers joins HEA from Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas (previously Plains Exploration & Production), where he served as Vice President and Corporate Information Director.

Mr. Myers has 30 years of diverse financial and legal experience. Myers spent the last six years overseeing the strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing, and securities law compliance which enabled effective communication between the company, the financial community, and other constituencies such as media, the public, and industry.
Myers holds a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the South Texas College of Law.
