FEI Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.25 per Share


HILLSBORO, Ore., Sept. 16, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FEI Company (Nasdaq:FEIC) announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on October 21, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 8, 2014.

The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by FEI's board.
