The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or omitted adverse facts about the manner in which TD Ameritrade routes its clients' orders to buy and sell securities. The Complaint further alleges that had TD Ameritrade not made materially false statements and/or omitted adverse facts, its clients would not have retained TD Ameritrade to transact certain purchases and sales and would have placed orders with other brokerage service providers.
