Auction of mortgage covered bond series 10T and 10U for the refinancing of FlexLån®
Realkredit Danmark will hold auctions on mortgage covered bonds for the refinancing of FlexLån® as of 1 January 2015.
The auctions of 1-year bonds denominated in DKK or EUR and the 3-year and 5-year bonds denominated in DKK will be held over five trading days from 17 November to 21 November 2014. The total amount of bonds is aimed to be equally distributed throughout the period.
The auction of the 2-year and 4-year bond denominated in DKK will be held on a single trading day - Tuesday 18 November 2014.
The auctions of the 6- to 10 year bonds denominated in DKK will be held on one trading day –Wednesday 19 November 2014.
The auctions of the 2- to 10 year bonds denominated in EUR will be held on one trading day – Thursday 20 November 2014.
The preliminary amounts and the distribution on specific ISIN’s is expected to change in the weeks to come. As a consequence, the specific auction dates for the individual ISIN’s will not be announced until the final amounts are known.
The preliminary amount of bonds to be refinanced are set out in the appendix to this announcement.
The preliminary amount of bonds will be updated weekly on rd.dk/Investor from week 40.
The final amount of each ISIN to be auctioned including the specific auction dates for each ISIN will be announced in week 45.
