On September 16, 2014, Manfred Swarovski Privatstiftung, Blattenwaldweg 8,
6112 Wattens, Austria has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Swarco Traffic Holding AG,
München, Germany, have exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 24, 2007 and on that day amounted to 55.62% (this corresponds to
4917193 Voting Rights).
55.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4917193 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Swarco Traffic Holding AG amounts to 3
percent or more: SWARCO AG, SWARCO HOLDING Aktiengesellschaft.
