On September 16, 2014, Mr Manfred Swarovski, Austria has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Swarco Traffic Holding AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the
75% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2007 and on that day
amounted to 80.90% (this corresponds to 7151760 Voting Rights).
80.70% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7133760 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Swarovski in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Swarco Traffic Holding AG amounts to 3
percent or more: SWARCO AG, SWARCO HOLDING Aktiengesellschaft, Manfred
Swarovski Privatstiftung.
