Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund, Dortmund, Germany, on September
17th, 2014 has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 and section
22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share in the voting
rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137
Dortmund, Germany, on September 10th, 2014 has falling below the threshold
of 15% and on that day amounted to 13.74% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 12,643,909 shares/voting rights), whereby
(a) Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund directly holds 4.83% of the
votings rights (this corresponds to 4,448,000 shares/voting rights),
(b) 0.70% of the votings rights (this corresponds to 644,000 shares/voting
rights) have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2
WpHG and
(c) 8.21% of the votings rights (this corresponds to 7,551,909
shares/voting rights) have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2
WpHG.
Voting rights are to be attributed by the following limited shareholder,
whose share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA
amounts to 3% or more:

- Bernd Geske, Germany.

Mr. Bernd Geske, Germany, on September 17th, 2014 has given us notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 and section 22 WpHG that its share in the
voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209,
44137 Dortmund, Germany, on September 10th, 2014 has falling below the
threshold of 15% and on that day amounted to 13.74% of the voting rights
(this corresponds to 12,643,909 shares/voting rights), whereby
(a) Mr. Bernd Geske directly holds 7.94% of the votings rights (this
corresponds to 7,301,909 shares/voting rights),
(b) 0.27% of the votings rights (this corresponds to 250,000 shares/voting
rights) have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2
WpHG and
(c) 5.53% of the votings rights (this corresponds to 5,092,000
shares/voting rights) have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2
WpHG.
Voting rights are to be attributed by the following limited shareholder,
whose share of the voting rights in Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA
amounts to 3% or more:
