shares its Voting Rights on WESTGRUND Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 11,
2014 and on that day amounted to 5.32% (this corresponds to 2995300 Voting
Rights).
