Recently, approved by the Chinese Government Registration Authority, the
type of Fuzhou Grid Commercial Software Ltd. was change into Fujian Grid
Commercial Software Co., Ltd., which dealt with HD digital medical printing
equipment and photographic film of Paper.

There are two types to register a company in China: one is to be a limited
company, the other is to be a stock company. According to the Company Law
of China and the regulation of China Securities Regulatory Commission,
listed companies must be registered as stock company. The company completes
the registration of stock company, which is the first - phase preparations
of the plan to be a listed company in China.

Grid (Fujian), the subsidiary of VSG , have 19.9% of share of Fujian Grid
Commercial Software Co., Ltd.
