NASDAQ OMX has approved the delisting application received from ReadSoft AB (ReadSoft). The last trading day in the ReadSoft share is October 3, 2014.
As stipulated in the Rules and Regulations of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets 3.5.3.8; If the shares no longer are available for trading on the Exchange, the Clearing House may set a new Expiration Day earlier than the previously determined Expiration Day.
The new Expiration Day for Tailor Made Products in ReadSoft (RSOF) has been set to September 26, 2014, as a consequence of the upcoming delisting of the ReadSoft share. On the new Expiration Day, an ordinary expiration procedure will be performed.
