NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Lietuvos jūrų laivininkystė AB shares (LJL1L, ISIN code: LT0000125999) from September 24, 2014 until the day of correction of the general securities account in the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania.
The trading will be suspended in accordance with paragraph 16.6 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Listing Rules (reduction of the authorized capital by proportionally reducing the number of shares). Orders in Lietuvos jūrų laivininkystė AB orderbook will be flushed.
