On 19.09.2014, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA,
informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on 17.09.2014 and on that day amounted to
2.98% (this corresponds to 33964837 voting rights). Of these voting rights,
2.98% (33964837 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock
International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA pursuant to § 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.

On 19.09.2014, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey,
Channel Islands, informed us according to § 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 17.09.2014 and on that day
amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 33964837 voting rights). Of these
voting rights, 2.98% (33964837 voting rights) are to be attributed to BR
Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands
pursuant to § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 (1)
sentence 2 WpHG.
