Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407,
fell below the threshold of 3% on September 18, 2014 and on that day amount
to 2.74% (927,575 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to
Franklin Mutual Advisers LLC according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of
the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
