On August 7, 2014, the shares in Nordic Mines AB were given observation status due to a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position. On September 10, 2014, Nordic Mines AB published a press release with information about an investment of SEK 152 million through a share issue.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Nordic Mines AB (NOMI, ISIN code SE0001672809, order book ID 57018) shall be removed. The observation status will be removed with effect as of today 23 September, 2014.
