We hereby announce that the Chairman of the Board, Kjell Nilsson, in accordance with AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest owners, has appointed a Nomination Committee comprising the following:
- Sven Hagströmer, representing Creades AB (Chairman)
- Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia AB
- Peter Rönström, representing Lannebo Fonder AB
- Kjell Nilsson, Chairman of the board of Lindab International AB
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee will evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and will draft proposals for the 2015 AGM regarding:
- Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
- Election of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board
- Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
- Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2016 AGM
