The appointment of Robert Bolier as CFO and statutory director of Wereldhave N.V. was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 23, 2014 with 11,651,276 votes in favour (99.70%), 28,956 votes against (0.25%) and 5,879 abstentions (0.05%).
The appointment is for a four-year period, ending at the AGM to be held in 2018.
