Today, a shareholders' meeting of Íslandsbanki hf. decided to reduce the number of members of the Board of Directors from nine to seven. Íslandsbanki's Articles of Association were changed accordingly. Daniel Levin had already resigned on August 22 and María E. Ingvadóttir has now also left the Board. Margrét Kristmannsdóttir is a new alternate member of the Board. [HUG#1858097]
