PKC GROUP PLC'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2015

PKC Group Plc will publish its Financial Statement Release 2014 on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at about 8.15 a.m. Financial Statements 2014 will be published on Tuesday, March 10, 2015.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.

In 2015 PKC Group will publish three Interim Reports as follows:

• Interim Report 1-3/2015 Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at about 8.15 a.m.
• Interim Report 1-6/2015 Thursday, August 6, 2015 at about 8.15 a.m.
• Interim Report 1-9/2015 Thursday, October 29, 2015 at about 8.15 a.m.
