Company Announcement No. 97, 2014 - Fixing of coupons with effect as from 1 October 2014

The coupons for the ARMs listed below will be changed taking effect 1 October
2014. The new coupons will be in force from 1 October 2014 – 31 March 2015.

ARMs with a 5 per cent interest rate cap, CF
DK0002015106, maturity 2038, new coupon as per 1 October 2014:1.30 % p.a.

ARMs with a 5 per cent interest rate cap, CF OA
DK0002015296, maturity 2038, new coupon as per 1 October 2014:1.30 % p.a.

ARMs with a 6 per cent interest rate cap, CF
DK0002021427, maturity 2041, new coupon as per 1 October 2014:0.95 % p.a.

ARMs with a 6 per cent interest rate cap, CF OA
DK0002021500, maturity 2041, new coupon as per 1 October 2014:0,95 % p.a.
