Jay Brudz, Chair, Information Governance & eDiscovery Group, Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP presented on Big Data and Information Governance: Enabling Big Data Projects by Applying IG Use Cases. The data universe will be 44 times larger in 2020 than it was in 2010 therefore corporations are looking for cost-efficient and well-scoped solutions for their: internal investigations, regulatory disputes, compliance needs and litigation requirements that pose huge corporate threats when best practices are not in place.

Sasha Hefler, Senior Director of Strategic Communications, UBIC North America, Inc. shared, "It was really exciting to see the NYC UBIC's Signature Fall Seminar really turn into a well-recognized educational resource for corporate legal departments.
