Cesca Therapeutics Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings Release


RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Sept. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq:KOOL), an autologous cell-based regenerative medicine company, announced today that it is rescheduling its previously announced earnings conference call for fiscal year end 2014. The Company intends to reschedule the conference call to provide additional time necessary to finalize its accounting for income taxes associated with purchase accounting for the merger with TotipotentRX, which is a non-cash item. The original conference call was scheduled for today, September 25, 2014 at 2:00 PM Pacific (5:00 PM Eastern).

If necessary the Company will file a Form 12-b25, Notice of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission and will give notice to its stockholders of the rescheduled earnings conference call within the 15-day time period allowed under the rules.
