With 15 full trips and a 5-day Fiji stopover, a Mini-Stay can be added to the beginning or end of an Australia or New Zealand guided vacation to give travellers that extra time they want to spend in a destination and for a truly personalized experience. These vacations range from two to seven days in length and are designed to complement Trafalgar's exciting itineraries. With Local Experts, guests can have a private Opera House Tour. Sydney's Food and Wine Discovery
This 4-day Mini-Stay will delight taste buds with delicious food and wine with dinner at Sydney's tallest landmark, Sydney Tower and lunch at Lindeman's, one of the Hunter Valley's pioneering wine-making companies.

Melbourne's Food and Wine Discover
After a morning of included sightseeing to Federation Square, the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Shrine of Remembrance, guests will board the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant for not only a culinary delight, but a trip into a little piece of Victoria's history. Of course, a trip to Victoria is not complete without a visit to Yarra Valley, where guests will enjoy lunch and wine tasting.

Red Centre Sights and Sounds
Dine under a million stars at the award-winning Sounds of Silence Dinner and enjoy Australian delicacies and fine Australian wines. Then, guests can relax as a startalker takes them on a tour of the night skies. Early risers can enjoy the first rays of the sun as they set the Red Centre and Uluru alight. Spectacular Bay of Islands
Spending 4-days in Auckland, guests will have the opportunity to visit the Bay of Islands and learn about New Zealand's early Maori and European history. Cruising through the beautiful, clear waters on a purpose-built catamaran, guests may catch glimpses of common and bottlenose dolphins, whales and other marine life.

Rotorua Highlights
Visit the world-famous Waitomo Glow Worm Caves with their amazing stalactites, stalagmites and other limestone formations. A silent boat ride through the Glow Worm Grotto  - a subterranean cavern lit by thousands of tiny glow worms will surely be a memorable site.

Bay of Islands and Rotorua
This 7-day trip combines trips to the Bay of Islands and Rotorua along with plenty of free time so guests see all the famous sights including: the majestic "Hole in the Rock," Waitomo Glow Worm Caves and Te Puia, a place of Maori culture and a thermal wonderland of impressive geysers boiling mud pools.
