Antti Salminen PhD (Engineering) has been appointed President, Municipal & Industrial segment and Head of region EMEA as of November 1, 2014. Antti has been employed by Kemira since 2011 as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Management and member of Kemira's Management Board. Antti will succeed Frank Wegener, who will leave Kemira as announced on August 1, 2014.
Michael Löffelmann, PhD (Chemical Engineering) has been appointed Executive Vice President Projects & Manufacturing Technology and member of Kemira's Management Board as of November 1, 2014. He has been with Kemira since 2013, serving as Senior Vice President Strategic Projects.

With his deep experience of supply chain management Antti will be able to drive the Municipal & Industrial business to deliver its strategic objective to maximize cash flow generation. As communicated earlier, Kemira will be making investments into new and existing capacity to enhance growth. Michael will have critical role in securing that these investment projects are delivered within strict implementation criteria to support Kemira's financial targets.
