Latvia, 2014-09-29 07:44 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” informs that in accordance to the decision of extraordinary shareholders meeting that took place on September 4, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on October 9, 2014 (end of day).
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on September 19, 2014.
The new Articles of association of the Company:
”2. The Main Types of the Company’s Commercial Activity”
The main types of the Company’s commercial activity according to the General Classification of Economic Activities (NACE) Rev.2 shall be as follows:
- Hospital activities (86.10),
- General medical practice activities (86.21),
- Specialist medical practice activities (86.22),
- Dental practice activities (86.23),
- Other human health activities (86.90),
- Residential nursing care activities (87.10),
- Other residential care activities (87.90),
- Other social work activities without accommodation not elsewhere classified (88.99),
- Other education not elsewhere classified (85.59),
- Retail sale of medical and orthopaedic goods in specialised stores (47.74),
- Physical well-being activities (96.04),
- Other personal service activities not elsewhere classified (96.09).”
”3.1. The share capital of the Company is 1 120 000 EUR (one million one hundred twenty thousand euro). The share capital of the Company is divided into 800 000 voting shares with the par value of one share being 1.40 EUR (one euro forty cents).”
Section 3.4 of the Articles of Association shall be repealed.
”4.2. The Company has Council consisting of 5 (five) Council members. The Council shall be elected for the term not exceeding 5 (five) years. The members of the Council shall elect from amongst themselves the Chairman of the Council and at least one Deputy Chairman”.
