LEMMINKÄINEN’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION 2015
Lemminkäinen Corporation will publish its financial statements bulletin and three interim reports in 2015 as follows:
5 February 2015 - Financial statements bulletin for 2014
29 April 2015 - Interim report for January–March 2015
29 July 2015 - Interim report for January–June 2015
30 October 2015 - Interim report for January–September 2015
Financial statements bulletin and Interim reports will be published at approximately 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (EET). A Finnish-language briefing for analysts and the media will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the publishing day at Lemminkäinen’s head office.
Lemminkäinen’s annual report for 2014 will be published during the week 10.
Lemminkäinen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2015. Lemminkäinen’s Board of Directors will summon the Meeting at a later date.
Prior to the Financial statements bulletin and each Interim report Lemminkäinen follows a so called silent period. During this period Lemminkäinen does not comment on the financial situation or future outlook of the Group and does not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media.
