This marks the 14th Del Frisco's Grille across the country, and the 44th restaurant overall for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates 11 Del Frisco Double Eagle and 19 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.
The newest Del Frisco's Grille in North Bethesda boasts the concept's signature bold flavors and market fresh ingredients showcased in updated American classics for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The energetic bar creates a buzz throughout the restaurant and sets the stage for an exciting dining experience that is unlike any other American grill. Del Frisco's Grille in North Bethesda is located at 11800 Grand Park Avenue in the new Pike & Rose complex, alongside other popular shops and restaurants and just steps away from the White Flint Metro Station. Leading the culinary team at Del Frisco's Grille in North Bethesda is Executive Chef Cody Lynch. The North Bethesda Grille will feature a menu of tempting favorites and locally-inspired dishes. Shareable starters include chilled Virginia oysters from Cherrystone Aqua Farms, regional Byrd Mill grit cakes served with avocado ranch, blue cheese crumbles, and buffalo au jus, and the fire roasted artichoke with Meyer lemon vinaigrette, parmesan, and black pepper aioli. A variety of flatbreads including wild mushroom, roasted tomato, and pesto chicken is the ultimate table snack or entrée, available gluten-free upon request.
Signature steaks and seafood include the filet mignon, prime New York strip, prime ribeye, and sole francese with lump crab. Add-ons like truffled mac & cheese, roasted asparagus and pan-braised kennett square mushrooms perfectly complement these premium entrées.
For a limited time only, the Grille has introduced a "Burger & Brew Combo" menu option which consists of the Grille's Prime Cheeseburger, a choice of Sea Salt and Parmesan or Sweet Potato Frites paired with the guest's choice of craft beer.
The Grille is also known for its toast-worthy wine, which includes 300 regional and global vintages, creating an unparalleled and adventurous wine list. Signature cocktails are handmade and muddled using fresh ingredients.
The Grille's modern design blends a number of dining areas situated around a sleek wraparound bar. The bar sits below a lofted mezzanine where guests can enjoy the show of an open presentation kitchen. The Grille is now open Monday through Saturday for lunch from 11:30am until 4pm. Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 4pm until 10pm and Friday through Saturday from 4pm until 11pm. Sunday brunch is available from 11am until 4pm.
