Cavotec SA (“Cavotec” or the “Company”) has, in accordance with previously announced information, issued new shares in a directed share issue which has increased the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Cavotec to 78,536,000.
Prior to the directed share issue, the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Cavotec was 71,397,220. Through the directed share issue the number of shares and votes in Cavotec increased by 7,138,780. Following the directed share issue, the total number of shares and votes in Cavotec is 78,536,000 as of 30 September, 2014.
