NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Utenos trikotažas AB shares (UTR1L, ISIN code: LT0000109324) from October 2, 2014 until the day of correction of the general securities account in the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania.
The trading will be suspended in accordance with paragraph 16.6 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Listing Rules (reduction of the authorized capital by proportionally reducing the number of shares). Orders in Utenos trikotažas AB orderbook will be flushed.
