CHANGES IN SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTES
As informed by Company Announcement no. 20 of 5 September 2014 the Company
increased its share capital by nominally DKK 648,500 as a consequence of
exercise of warrants.
Pursuant to section 6 of the Danish Executive Order No. 1442 of 13 December
2013 on Issuers’ Disclosure Obligations it is hereby announced that the total
nominal share capital of IC Group A/S as at today amounts to DKK 170,076,570
divided into shares of each DKK 10, corresponding to 17,007,657 shares and
voting rights.
