The restructuring of Aktia's asset management functions is completed as Aktia Invest Ltd, since January a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aktia Asset Management Ltd, was today on 1 October 2014 merged with Aktia Asset Management Ltd.
All employees in Aktia Invest Ltd will continue in the employment of Aktia Asset Management Ltd. Aktia Asset Management Ltd is a subsidiary of Aktia Bank Plc. The restructuring has no significant effect on Aktia Bank plc's profit or financial position.
