Ltd. at a price of $0.03 per Share, for aggregate cash consideration of $255,000.00, has not closed and is terminated. As such, 6138241 holds 8,500,000 Shares.
An affiliate of 6138241 also associated with Mr. Dolgonos, 2064818 Ontario Inc. ("2064818") owns 3,766,008 Shares, or approximately 3.66% of the issued and outstanding Shares. In aggregate, 6138241 and 2064818 own 12,266,008 Shares, or approximately 11.93% of the total outstanding Shares.
