JERSEY CITY, N.J., Oct. 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), a leading provider of global print, technology, and visual communication services, today announced the acquisition of Marange Printing, Inc. and substantially all of the assets of MPI Mailing Services. Under common ownership, the two businesses are leading providers of print and mail services located in Belleville, New Jersey.
Founded in 1986 by brothers Mario Auterio and Angelo Auterio the businesses provide lithographic printing, digital printing, along with mailing and fulfillment services to a broad base of commercial clients. In connection with the acquisition of Marange Printing and MPI Mailing Services, operations will be consolidated into DG3's flagship Jersey City facility.
DG3's comprehensive communications solutions combined with Marange Printing's press power and the mail solutions of MPI Mailing Services will increase DG3's capacity to provide integrated full service graphic communication solutions and wholly integrated mailing to its financial, pharmaceutical and corporate clients.
