Capital Reduction Approved by Israeli District Court

Hod-Hasharon, Israel, October 2, 2014 - Advanced Vision Technology (AVT)
Ltd., the world's leader in print process control, quality assurance and
color control for the packaging, labels, folding cartons and commercial
print markets, announced that further to the Company's announcements of
September 17, and October 1st, the tentative approval by the District Court
in Tel Aviv, Israel, of the Company's request to allow the reduction of its
capital by up to US$12 million has become final today after the Israeli Tax
Authority has informed the District Court that it does not object to the
ruling. Therefore, per applicable Israeli law, the board of directors of
the Company may opt to declare a distribution of dividends and/or adopt a
share buy-back program, which will consume up to US$12 million of the
Company's capital.
