Margot Wallström leaves the Board of ICA Gruppen


Margot Wallström is leaving her position on the Board of ICA Gruppen with
immediate effect. Her position on the Board will remain vacant until ICA
Gruppen’s general meeting on 22 April, when a new Board will be appointed.
“I would like to thank Margot for her time on the Board, where she has
contributed new perspectives and great commitment. We would like to wish her all
the best in her new role as foreign minister,” says Claes-Göran Sylvén, Chairman
of the Board of ICA Gruppen.

The Nomination Committee will propose candidates for the Board of ICA Gruppen
ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 22 April. Margot Wallström’s seat will be
left vacant until the meeting elects a new Board.

Following the departure of Margot Wallström, the Board of ICA Gruppen comprises
nine members elected by the general meeting and two employee representatives.
