New CFO of H+H International A/S
In continuation of Company Announcement No. 297 of 30 May 2014 in which the company announced that its current CFO, Niels Eldrup Meidahl had resigned his position, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Perkins (49) as CFO of H+H International A/S effective as of 1 December 2014. Ian Perkins will join the company’s management team, and the Executive Board will then consist of CEO Michael T Andersen.
Ian Perkins has been the Financial Director of H+H UK Limited since 2009 and prior to this held management positions in British industrial companies for components to the building industry. Ian holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Business from Portsmouth University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Ian has over the years proven his qualifications as a very capable Finance Director for H+H’s largest subsidiary which makes him highly suited for the job as CFO of H+H in addition his in depth knowledge on operations and working capital management will be a benefit for the whole Group.
