Through this subsidiary, the Company plans on developing multiple entertainment projects that range from holding music rights, producing movies, utilizing top celebrities to promote products, and developing disruptive new entertainment technologies.
This new business segment will be operated through a newly formed Limited Liability Company called Everlert Entertainment, LLC. Everlert Entertainment will be seeking Investment Capital in the amount of Twenty-Five Million United States Dollars ($25,000,000.00) to produce several 'world class' entertainment projects that Everlert Entertainment expects will generate substantial revenue.
The Company's Board of Directors has appointed Mark Blankenship, Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, as the President of this wholly owned Limited Liability Company. Mr. Blankenship is a retired prominent Civil Rights Attorney as well as the Impresario for the artistically influential Blankenship Ballet and Blankenship Cabaret Theatre. He is a graduate of Yale University.
