The properties total over 165,000 sf and are located at 5101 and 5151 Nelson Drive. ADC I and II are situated in extremely close proximity to Raleigh Durham International Airport, which serves as a popular flight hub for major airlines such as Delta, American Airlines, and Southwest. Dalfen acquired the properties from two different sellers, but in virtually simultaneous transactions.
