The company's new look, website (www.azzur.com) and logos for subsidiary businesses will serve to reintroduce Azzur Group as it shifts its focus from operating as a compliance and consulting organization to functioning as a private equity firm concentrating on building a network of high-level life sciences companies across the nation.

In May the company merged with BioSPEQ, Inc., a consulting firm to the biotech/pharmaceutical, medical device, and food/cosmetics industries.
