THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED IN ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT’S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUES HAVE BEEN REGISTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

Orava Residential Real Estate Investment Trust plc’s (Orava Residential REIT) 114,806 shares, that the company allocated to A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy in a directed issue, and 80,000 new shares, that the company allocated itself without charge in a directed share issue, on 30 September 2014 have been registered into the Trade Register. The company may use the shares company allocated itself for strengthening its capital structure, developing its business operations and widening its ownership base by both acquiring investment properties and issuing convertible bonds. After the issues the total number of shares of the company is 5,008,123 shares.

Orava Residential REIT has filed a listing application concerning the above mentioned shares and NASDAQ OMX Helsinki plc (”Helsinki Stock Exchange”) has approved it. The shares will be subject to trading on 10 October 2014. The trading code of the new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange main list is OREITN0114. The new shares do not entitle holders to dividends paid during 2014.

The convertible bonds Orava Residential REIT made in June and August have been converted to shares and the shares have been booked into the company’s equity. The increase in share capital is EUR 1.6 million and increase in reserve for invested non-restrictive equity is EUR 0.4 million.

After the increase in share capital Orava Residential REIT share capital is EUR 49,057,130.00.
