Olen will help expand upon CNL Commercial Real Estate's existing relationships in Miami and grow the company's office, retail and industrial brokerage platform in that market.
Prior to joining CNL Commercial Real Estate, Olen served as executive vice president of Colliers International South Florida.

Before joining Colliers International, Olen held roles at several distinguished companies, including principal of Holly Realty, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis and senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, where he was one of the founders of the Miami office.
