IPC Names New General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Newman earned her bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Ill., and her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.
