LEMMINKÄINEN WILL BUILD THE NEW HEADQUARTERS FOR ETELÄ-KARJALAN OSUUSPANKKI IN LAPPEENRANTA
Lemminkäinen will build the new headquarters for Etelä-Karjalan Osuuspankki in the centre of Lappeenranta. The project will be completed as a two-year management contract starting in October 2014 and ending in October 2016. The total value of the contract is in excess of EUR 15 million.
“The development of Lappeenranta’s city centre has been planned for years. This contract is the first concrete project, starting the development of the entire region. We believe that the city centre will develop into a lively region with extensive services for the people of Lappeenranta,” says Casimir Lindholm, President & CEO of Lemminkäinen.
The building project will be implemented on a plot which Lemminkäinen sold to Etelä-Karjalan Osuuspankki earlier this autumn.
