On 8 October, 2014 AS Swedbank, as the owner of the securities accounts of Arco Vara AS’s shareholders Firebird Republics Fund Ltd, Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd and Firebird Fund L.P. informed that on 15 September, 2014 the previously mentioned shareholders acquired the following amounts of shares during Arco Vara AS’s share issue:
· Firebird Republics Fund Ltd 151 364 shares;
· Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd 78 903 shares;
· Firebird Fund L.P. 63 922 shares.
As a result of the transactions the following changes in the share holdings took place:
· Firebird Republics Fund Ltd holding increased from 4.3247% to 5.8268%;
· Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd holding increased from 2.2544% to 3.0374%;
· Firebird Fund L.P holding increased from 1.8263% to 2.4607%.
The total holding of the three previously mentioned shareholders in Arco Vara AS is 11.3249%.
Firebird Republics Fund Ltd is managed by Firebird Avrora Advisors LLC, Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd is managed by Firebird Management LLC and Firebird Fund L.P. is managed by Firebird Advisors. All the managing companies are managed by Eastern Star Consulting.
The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
