Invitation to a conference call – Geberit’s public takeover offer

Sanitec Corporation will hold a conference call for investors and media today,
14 October 2014 at 10:00 CET/ 11:00 EET with reference to the stock exchange
release published earlier today.

President & CEO Peter Nilsson and CFO Gun Nilsson will present the preliminary
financial results for the third quarter and answer questions. The conference
